Whether you’d like to volunteer in our gardens, help with maintenance, assist at a festival or donate materials for our school, we appreciate all forms of love and support.
Volunteer
We welcome family, extended family, and community volunteers to help us with ongoing strategic and operational work. Current volunteer opportunities include the following:

Thank you for your kind offer! What do you have in mind?
Every year, we receive wonderful and often unexpected donations, including everything from a vintage framed photograph of Waldorf’s founder Rudolf Steiner to wine barrels and seedling starts for our children’s vegetable garden. Current items we’re inviting into our school include the following:
Immediate Needs
- Help solidify the swing set – may need to dig up the posts and replace them and the cement
- Pick up, deliver and help spread wood chips in the front yard (RS will pay for them)
- Create a new walking pathway with stumps for the backyard
- Help design and create a 3-seasons type set up for the back porch (even if just clear plastic)
Wish List
- Someone to screen print our logo on apparel
- One more shed or garden storage box for outside the fence (waterproof and lockable) this can be built or purchased
- Nap mat donations
- Plastic bags for soiled clothes
- Compasses and hammocks for our After School Abloom program
- Misc. woodworking materials (pegs, small boards, nails, sandpaper, etc.)
