It’s that time of year once again! Please let us know your plans for the coming school year by completing the form below. If your child is graduating and moving to public school, or will not be returning for another reason, please check the box indicating as much in question 2. Forms are due back by January 16.
Information on tuition rates for the 2026-2027 school year can be found here. Increases are necessary to help us continually work towards paying our teachers a living wage while still maintaining our low student to child ratios, as well as providing healthy snacks and natural play materials. Don’t forget that we also offer various ways to offset these costs through tuition assistance, work assistance, UPK participation (turning 4 by October 1), as well as accepting CCAP (Colorado Child care Assistance Program). You may also apply for assistance through the Larimer Child Care Fund.
Come talk to Becky with any concerns about tuition rates for your family. Keep in mind that in January 2027 (at the latest), financial assistance will be available for families thanks to the passage of ballot measure 1B this past November. We’ll keep you updated on what that may look like as we learn more.
Note on Universal Preschool (UPK) – For those in attendance more than 15 hours per week, the amount UPK pays will show up as a credit on your account. You will then be responsible for the remaining balance up to our normal rate. For example, this year UPK pays $613.61/mo. A family attending 3 full days ends up paying $744.39/mo (our 3-day rate $1358 – $613.61 = $744.39). We don’t have the amount expected for the 2026-2027 school year, but this year was a 2% increase over last.
If you are planning to utilize UPK funding for the 2026-2027 school year, the application is now open for those participating in the same program they are in now (Continuity of Care). Regardless of your schedule with us, only choose full days on the UPK application if you qualify for the additional hours (30-40). Everyone else should choose the half day a.m. option. Make sure you indicate it’s a continuity of care placement at River Song. Don’t hesitate to reach out to Becky for assistance or questions with the application. 2026-2027 UPK Application
Re-Enrollment Form
This is your chance to submit any change requests (approved based on availability). If we have more increase requests than we can accommodate, we will grant them to families in their final year at River Song in order to ensure they are better prepared for kindergarten. In the rare instance we are unable to grant your request, you will be put on a list for the next available opening in your preferred schedule.
