We strive to meet the needs of single parent families, families in economic or educational transition and families whose income is less than 80% of the median income in Fort Collins.

How Tuition Assistance Works

Tuition Assistance is available on a first come first serve basis to families whose income is less than 80% of the median income in Fort Collins. To determine your family’s eligibility, please see our handy chart below.

Income Table

Family Size* 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
Annual Income $42,950 $49,100 $55,250 $61,350 $66,300 $71,200 $76,100 $80,100

*Family Size refers to however many people live in your household and the Annual Income is the total income of the household. For example, if you have roommates, their income counts even if they do not pay you money towards childcare.

All families will be contacted regarding eligibility criteria and asked for supporting documentation at certain times during the year, including prior to enrollment. Income and personal data will be kept in strictest confidence.

Please note: We also accept children who do not meet the income criteria given above. As we’ve said, all families are welcome!
